Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, all products sold on AuraFragrance.com are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original manufacturers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or opened.
Why does my perfume look different from the one I bought years ago?
Fragrance manufacturers often update their packaging or undergo 'reformulations' due to ingredient regulations. This can result in slight variations in bottle design or scent longevity, even for authentic products.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. Due to international shipping regulations regarding alcohol-based liquids, we are limited in the regions we can serve.
